We prioritize quality, ensuring each product is perfect before it reaches you. After processing, delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that, in some cases, delivery may be delayed and take a few additional days beyond the estimated timeframe. This is because we follow eco-friendly shipping practices and aim to consolidate multiple orders whenever possible to reduce our carbon footprint. Whenever possible, your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse; however, the majority of our stock is located in Rajasthan, India.

If your package has not been delivered within the specified timeframe, the tracking information shows delivered but you have not received it, or your order contains missing, incorrect items, or other logistics issues, please contact us via email within 20 days from the payment date so we can promptly resolve the issue.
